1. WestJet: Christmas Miracles

WestJet delivered Christmas miracles to more than 250 guests flying during the 2013 Christmas season, with a video campaign that has generated more than 45 million views to date.

2. Glade: #FeelJoy

Glade’s “Feel Joy” campaign is a real heartwarmer. Although Glade has created tons of visual content to support this successful campaign, one of our favorites captures regular people sharing a kiss under the mistletoe in a branded pedicab.

3. LG: So Real It’s Scary

There’s certainly a time and a place for feel-good holiday content, but when it comes to Halloween — bring on the scary pranks! In 2012, LG embodied the spirit of spooky fun by creating an optical illusion to trick elevator passengers — while also demonstrating the superiority of their product.

4. Vineyard Vines: Dreidel Whale

Creating original content that incorporates your logo is a great way to spread consumer awareness. In this branded image, Vineyard Vines fills their well-known whale logo with mini dreidels to celebrate Hanukkah.

5. Coca Cola: Drinkable Place Cards

Coca Cola really stepped up their game by putting a holiday spin on their popular “Share a Coke” campaign in 2015. The brand saw a rise in sales after producing coke bottles with common first names on the labels. To piggyback off their own success, they repurposed the concept by marketing the bottles as name cards for holiday meals.

6. Tesco: Spookermarket

Everyone loves a good scare on Halloween. Last October, Tesco played a spooky prank on shoppers by setting up phantom grocery carts and hiding gruesome zombies throughout the store. The hidden camera footage has generated more than 2.4 million views on YouTube to date.

7. Denny’s: How to Draw a Thanksgiving Pancake

Nostalgia tends to resonate with people during the holidays. Denny’s tapped into a popular childhood memory with their “How to Draw a Thanksgiving Pancake” GIF last November.

8. Stella Artois: Give Beautifully

Consumers connect with great storytelling, which is why Stella Artois’ “Give Beautifully” video was a big hit back in 2014. Their video captures a wife making her husband’s dream come true, just in time for the holidays.
